As the first female currency trader at ABN AMRO Bank in Amsterdam, it was apparent to Irma that prognosticating the markets solely on the basis of following (Reuters) News was not easy. Therefore, while taking a vocational course in Astrology, she often wondered if and how the financial world could be related to astrology. After getting acquainted with Raymond Merriman in 1998, Irma started working as his representative in the Netherlands from 2002. She successfully completed all the required research projects and exams, and graduated with the first Merriman Market Timing Academy (MMTA) class of 2013-2014. Since 2018 she has served as an accounts manager and market analyst for high net worth individuals through a wealth management company based in the Netherlands.
